Our rehearsal room has made a backing track surprisingly difficult to judge. The bright passages sound rough through the room speakers, although headphones give a different impression. My first priority is to understand whether the room is exaggerating the sound. We can move the speaker and compare the same section at different levels. What would be a sensible order for those checks? I found some related reading under suno fix in this context. I am treating that as context rather than an explanation of what we hear. If both systems reveal the same problem, a small test on a duplicate seems reasonable. I will use the same excerpt for every comparison, write down the playback level, and ask another person to listen before we make any decision about changing the source recording. I want the track to remain clear enough for the players to follow its rhythmic cues.
